Compact Surfing Is A Goner

The much anticipated update from Compact Surfing has finally arrived. And if you don't already know, it looks like it's bad news, folks. Compact Surfing says that they will close operations until summer time. CS also says that you will be paid a partial refund if you are not in profit yet. I am hopeful but wouldn't count on it. Consider it a bonus if you manage to get any refund.

From their update :
Those members not in profit will be returned a percentage of their initial upgrade purchase dependant upon the total available for distribution. Earnings and referral commissions will be deducted from your pendings in our calculations.

CS crashed faster than I expected given the healthy growth of members on a daily basis. The significant drop of the price of gold is their excuse, which many of us had already speculated when pay-outs were slow. Hope members not in profit (including myself) will get the promised refund.

Compact Surfing Important Update

After several members reported that cash-outs were progressing very slowly with some members nearing the 7 day maximum deadline, Compact Surfing sent out a new update. Basically, it states that all current pending payments, and to all those in the future, will be paid 7 business days following the date of your cash-out request. I believe the reason for this sudden change in pay-out structure is because the price of gold has plummeted recently and, as a result, Compact Surfing’s cash reserves have been deeply affected.

Hopefully, CS will be able to continue to pay out members. In the meantime, we’ll just have to wait and see. Some people see these changes as a red flag. Personally, although I’m skeptical, I haven’t completely given up on CS. However, I might pull out of CS after/if I receive my next pending cash-out.

WiredSurf Out!

I have removed WiredSurf from my programs list. They have sent out an update that allow members to compound their earnings if requested. This looks like a red flag to me. They are clearly having cash flow problems. Many members have also reported not being paid for about a month now. Fortunately, I never got to putting any money in there so I am going out cleanly.
