Golden Rules For Online Investments

1. The first golden rule of online investment is Do not invest more than you can afford to lose. Begin investing with spare cash only. Don't put your retirement fund here! Be prepared to make losses, especially in the beginning and learn from your mistakes. Remember these programs are high risk and anything can happen. Don't think HYIP's will solve all your financial problems, pay all your debts first.

2. Diversify your investments. Don't put all your eggs in one basket! Keep a diversified investment portfolio at all times. Invest most of your money in low risk and real investments.

3. Always perform your own due diligence before investing in a HYIP. Don't trust anybody but yourself. Avoid programs that are on free hosting services and programs that offer unrealistic returns. And don’t participate in programs received from unknown people via SPAM e-mail.

4. Learn and educate yourself about HYIP's. Forums are among the best source of reliable information directly from other investors. Pay more attention to posts made by more experienced members. Ask questions and use the PM function to ask for help and advice from the experienced members. Read HYIP articles and reviews, but never trust the HYIP monitoring and rating sites. It's important that you stay up-to-date with everything that is going on in the industry.

5. Withdraw your principal as quickly as possible. After that you can reinvest the profits. This way you're guaranteed not to lose money. Don't be greedy or you could end up losing everything!

6. Avoid programs that offer extremely high returns. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Stick to the more reliable programs. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!
